Is just a cutting of edge or is more than that, a milling of shape.
As I know Roborworks works together with Solidwork/Solidcam CAD-CAM.
You can generate the toolpath in Solidcam on your model shape loaded in Solidwork.
Output CAM file, I don't remember if is a G-code format ( or P)then Robotworks simulate and postprocessing this file to robot language format for Kuka is .src, for Motoman is .jbi, for Fanuc is.ls
This files are loaded in robot controller and executed.

Depends on a lot of factors. What toolchain is the customer using to create their cutting paths? How good are they at using it? What is the path accuracy requirement? All those questions need answering first.
Also, a great deal will depend on how well set up the cell is, and how well the simulation model matches the physical reality. Especially if you have an external axis in the mix. Also, getting the external axis configured correctly in the non-KUKA software can be difficult unless you have someone who really knows that software inside and out.

Part to be trimmed, is the lower piece of the image. The accuracy is only about 0.5-1mm. It's just very edge to be smoothed and all burrs shall be removed. The sole is made up of carbon fiber, The entire cell is designed and built by ourselves as the model of it exactly as in real life. I had imagined Robot Works + optional External Axes Module, but I've never tried it myself and I can not solidworks

That level of accuracy should be possible with a robot, without too much trouble. You need to keep in mind that robots are not CNC machines, and don't have the same level of rigidity or accuracy, so some fine-tuning to get the "real world" cut to match the CAM model may be necessary. And milling operations with high forces will cause the robot to deflect.
You can probably do what you're looking for with KUKA.CNC or a setup using SprutCAM, or possibly Grasshopper/Rhino (IIRC). I think there's also... PowerMill? Anyway, you should search the forum archives for mention of these various packages. Any of these setups, however, will need someone who's good at using them, and a means to bring the real-world physical setup and the CAD model into accurate alignment. For example, the placement of the workpiece relative to the robot, and/or the geometric relationship of the external axis to the robot, will be critical.
If you don't have a robot yet, serious advice: don't cheap out and buy a used one, especially an old used one. You might be able to make it work (look at postings by neeboy47), but it'll be a "fixer-upper," not something you really want your business to rely on. A pretty new used robot might be okay, as long as it's young enough to still have manufacturer support (not warranty, but parts&service), and if it comes with all manuals, install disks, etc.
