First program execution

Panic Mode, meanwhile somebody helped and cleaned my back-up but it seems now sps.sub has a problem.
I restored old one with new one cleaned by BMW package.

Last message error with APPL_STOPM_RESTART not appear anymore.

But now in the System sps.sub is checked by a red cross with comment in line PLC on control and error message:
Line 24, column 14, code 2309, description "(" expected , Automatic Extern

When I try to select in R1 a program error message : Module pakage not available / P00
I hope next link with actual back-up to be ok now

I want to use my robot in Automatic mode not in Automatic External which as I know is used when robot is managed by a PLC, external computer.
I simply load my src files from a USB stick, manually.

After restoring archive USB is anymore vissible. Should I get again in DOS for resetting?

edit R1\System\SPS.SUB
make sure that there is semicolon before 'Automatik extern'

you have now:

Thank you Panic Mode.
I have corrected sps.sub with ;Automatik Extern and sps module now is not checked with red cross, is ok. You indentified well a problem.
But something still bother me.

When try to select R1/Test1.src to execute in Automatic appear the error Module Package not available/P00
code 2013 line -1 col -1

Where from know the controller I want to execute program in Automatic not in Automatic External?

I found that P00 module should be defined in R1/TP with P00.src and P00.dat but to me in TP remained GripperPachTech, no P00.
Where from to take a TP ?

well, what happened to backup?

and who ever cleaned the archive for you, also removed few things that should not be removed, such as CELL.SRC, P00.SRC, etc.

although those are only used in EXT mode, they should be left on controller - they are part of Kuka system.

and if you for some reason really really DO WANT them removed, then cleaning operation should be more thorough, and complete removal of all references to such files.

that means commenting out all places where P00() appears.

quick check with agent Ransack tells me that you still have it in
R1\system\ir_stopm.src
R1\system\$config.dat

Panic Mode, I checked also the original Archive, and they were missing even there.
Cleaning was made by a Kuka representative.

I reloaded P00.src and P00.dat into TP folder.
I need to recover cell.src also?

I would... you should also be able to generate new one from template if you like (must login as expert first, then you are creating new program, it will offer you t choose module type, just select CELL)

I recovered also cell.src. I will try again program execution to see if any error still appear.

Before cleaning archive USB was visible in Navigator as F partition after I got in BIOS and enabled from Advancet Chipset Features.
Now USB is not visible anymore, I checked again in BIOS and settings are enabled, led on stick is lighten, what could be wrong?

Stick is ok , Is visible on other computer and works properly.
I didn't try another stick in controller PC though.

unless you login, there will be no drives shown (no C:, no D:, no USB stick). if you login and connect USB it should be recognized.

if not, check if windows sees it (log in, open windows explorer) and change configuration using KrcConfigurator (see system integrator manual for details).
if not seen by Windows, install USB driver.

USB problem soved.
I had to get out from Expert to User mode and when I reselected again Expert, USB on F became visible.
