can anyone tell me where can i find the .gsd file of the EtherCAT profibus master!!i just find the .gsd Ethercat profibus slave file!! thanks!!

For what purposes do You think You need a .gsd file for a profibus master?
There is no need for that, so it does not exist.
You need the EtherCAT XML Device Description for the Master. Thats an XML file.See: http://download.beckhoff.com/download/Confi…therCAT_XML.zip
