It is posible mirroring a sdcard system to a new sdcard to keep a copy?
It is posible make this with a PC? Or the sdcard must be a special sdcard?

Hello,
Yes, you can do this. I use Acronis True Image and a USB cardreader. You must copy two discs from a sdcard - boot and systems.
If your sdcard has more than 256 Mb capacity of memery, you can install several systems.

Many thanks for replys .
we managed to fix the problem without cloning the SD card.
In fact, we reset the controller to last auto save . then we restore from the backup that we had from this robot.
I got suspected that if really the sd was corrupted and restore to last auto save could solve it.
However, the problem started with an alarm that meant the robot can not read pick master library. N.B. Our robots are programmed using palletizing powerpac.

If you have a compatible disk, you can go into the system builder of Robotstudio and select recovery disk. From here you can select a backup and save it's system to the SD card. You must have both disks on the card already for this to work
