You are not getting the weld complete input back from the weld timer. Check to see that there is debris on your weld surface (ie labels, glue, oil) Check to see how much current you are getting back to the timer. Check to see the actual current matches you reference current. Was the robot welding before and then you ran into this issue or are you just setting it up? If you continue to have issues check the wiring on the transformer for the gun. Check to make sure it is wired and grounded properly.

Hi
could you please tell me which input is the weld complete feedback?
i try to simulate this input .but I dont know where and which Input? -
Hi mack,
check the Feedback cable, all phases and the distance between fix Gun and the part. also Check inside the Bosch controller ( if you are using It) the curent curve.Does it happen on every spot Position?

Are you actually getting a good weld? Can you see that the weld controller is satisfied with the weld and that it is actually turning that output on? That is the first thing that you should determine.

Hi, same problem on my Fanuc. We have ARO gun, and the problem was in current cable, check it and feedback cables. In my case, welds looks very bad.
