lr MAte Multi alarm

    Hi, I have a Lrmate 200ib 3L with a controller RJ3IB.
    It has been on shelves for years (2 or 3).
    At start up, I got multiple faults showing up: SRVO-264, SRVO-218,SRVO-003, and SRVO-001.
    -264 (circuit abnormal 1)
    -218 (Ext. E-Stop/ServoDisconnect)
    -003 (Deadman switch released) But I'm in auto mode!
    -001 (Operator panel E-Stop) which is in in normal/safe posidion!


    What is wrong with this robot?

    the code 264 e-stop system is abnormal

    check fuse or circuit is broken

    you can check the circuit maybe you can repair it or buy a new one

    but you have to find the problem
