Error code E on cs8c controller

Hi, I´m new with robots Staubli and I have a problem with one that is in the company that I'm working.
The controller´s display shows an E how can I fix this problem? Also the led C in the STARC is off, while leds A and B are blinking slowly and at the same time. Thank you in advance.
