OK, anyone have an idea what this error is?

It's a new robot/controller (KSS 8.2.18) and I got this error after booting for the first time, I also get KSS00404 Safety Stop, but I think this is due to the first error.

The Safety Configuration shows as OK and it's using X11 for the safety not any bus systems.

It was one of the external estop which wasn't being made due to a dodgy connection.

I wish Kuka would get around to making a proper error list for KRC4 :justice:

:respect: That's the closest I can come to finding a "+1" Emoji here on the forum. Want a complete list of KRC4 error messsages SO MUCH.....

not sure why kuka does not make this public, but there is nothing preventing users to team up and create an in-official version... i don't think there are many but they sure seem to be spread out (15000, 28000, 35000...) and maybe there are few more embedded parameters here and there.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

Speaking to the Kuka guys in the UK & US they would like a list as well. Seems strange they stopped publishing a list with KSS 8.

    It's so cleverly written here " I know I don't know anything " , or I don't understand something. :upside_down_face:

He was using X11(hardwired) for safety. Iorc according to your crossposting in the other thread you have a Mercedes version, they normally don't have X11 but profisafe.

Now look at your cabinet, weather it has X11, if yes you have a problem with the wiring on that connection, if not, forget about this thread.

I just have a Mercedes and there is no x11, there is a jumper x311, so I think I can move it in its current state? Because I have already ordered for it (EK1100 ethercat, EL2809, EL1809)
