    Hi,
Today I should create an image with robotware to install on new flashdisk of an ABB 6600 M2000 S4CPlus robot and noticed that the software need an '.KDX" file for creating image. I don't remember I need such file before for creating an image and as I wrote in my installation notes for these robots I need to enter the code exist in the back of the CD in the "create new image" wizard and continue to creating it.
Can someone guide me about the ".kdx" file?
Many thanks in advance for your help.

The problem solved and we made the image by robotware. Actually we made a mistake during entering the code on the back of CD and so we think probabely we need a ".kdx" file. We mistake between number "1" and small letter "l"!!!
By the way the question still exist with a bit change. What is the ".KDX" file usage? Where can we find them?

I've never had seen the file ".kdx", normally when the robot is purchased the key number is on back of the cd and it used to create a new system.

The key number has all information about the standard options defined during the purchase.

if is necessary add something, ABB send a file ".kxt" and it is used to create the option during set up or full new system.

Do you really have a kdx file?
