Mitsubishi RV-M1 problem

  • Hello!

I am new to robotics, and have difficulities in running the program I have made for the Mitsubishi RV-M1.
I would be greatful if anyone could help me.
I am not using a computer when operating the robot.

When I have made the program with the teaching box (pressing PS 1 ENT for the first movement, PS 2 ENT for the second movement - and so on), I try run it step by step by using MOV the number and ENT - and execute each number in the correct order.
    It works well.
Then I don't know how to get that program into the drive unit.

If I press WRT ENT I usally get an alarm.
I don't know how to turn it off, so I have to turn of the elctric Power each time to get ridd of it.

I have the two - ST1 and ST2 switches in the upper position (following the manual).

The very small switches I have set in different combinations.
    I have tried: d=down, u=up

    SW1
    1d
    2u
    3u
    4d
    5d
    6d
    7d
    8d

    SW2
    1d
    2u
    3u
    4u
    5d
    6u
    7u
    8d

    SW3
    1d
    2d
    3d
    4d
    5d
    6d
    7d
    8u

    and I have tried:

    SW1
    1d
    2u
    3u
    4d
    5d
    6d
    7d
    8u

    SW2
    1d
    2u
    3d
    4u
    5u
    6u
    7u
    8d

    SW3
    1d
    2d
    3d
    4d
    5d
    6d
    7u
    8d

    but nothing seems to help.
Have I really the correct switch settings?
Is there something else that I have forgotten to set right?

Someone suggested to me that I should:
"You need to store your program on an eprom inside the robot's controller if you do not want to use a personal computer, once a program is made and transferred to the eprom the execution of the program is by pressing the green switch on your controller".
But I don't know how to do that.
    What should I do?

    Hopping for help
    Best regards
    Thomas Lindell
