this is internal connector.
my robot and controller connector is ok but i don't have the cable between robot and controller.
there is 3 connector on robot.
i need that cable diagram.

Ok, I think if you have the connector on the controller you can compare to see where are going to the same pin.

luanfale has posted the robot (internal) harness details and also the Controller to Robot (external umbilicals) harness details.

its different from my robot cable color and some pins.i have 2 socket and i need to know which wire of socket 1 have to connect to socket 2
i have internal hardness but i want to have cable diagram for sure.
far example:
wire 1 from socket 1 have to connect to wire 5 from socket2.
socket 1 is connected to robot
and socket 2 connected to controller
the socket pins names are A,B,...Z,a,b..z,AA,AB,..AF -
I think I know what you mean now, sounds like the Connector Manufacturers socket layout numbering that you are referring to and not Kawasaki references.
- I cannot locate any references that you have mentioned in any Kawasaki documentation.
- Are you sure this is a Kawasaki Part and not another manufacture of the actual connector - such as Molex, Harting? -

Ah......yes.....makes sense now......I expect very difficult to obtain exact replacement due to age of System......>15 years perhaps?......
I have come across connectors when using 'Euromap' Interface for Injection Moulding Machines that have those references or similar.....
- Harting, ILME and Molex -So, just a case of making sure that 'AA' goto correct place for JT1 U phase for example......or maybe get smoke if incorrect.....

I checked all of wire in controller side and robot side
And i could draw a diagram.
Now it is ok.
