Got some new KR60s going in, but can't get them to move. Project is fine, no errors showing, robots are mastered(this was done at factory). When I pull enabler, the axes light up, when I press jog the servos come on, and then immediately motor overtorque and brakes on. The are still in the transport position, not that that has anything to do with it. I have never run into any issues with my other KRC4s, but wondering if 8.3 has some other setting(I am quite sure it doesn't , I use 8.2). I checked there are no workspaces or anything set(this would give different error). Its seems like the brakes aren't releasing to me.
Thoughts?
