Error 1242 Krc1

    Error 1242 Kuka current limit of the motor cable A2 after 60 seconds exceeding 95%.


    I decreased the speed of movement as manual book, but sometimes happens, sometimes quitable and sometime we must stop the Robot for an hour before start.


    The cause are the cables, the axis 2 motor or PM 6-600 ?

    This error cause of over current taken from PM6-600.



    Probably motor is defect, but sometimes reason could be mechanical resistance or contacless power cable pins.


    Please swap A1 and A2 motor after try again. You need fasten up to robot with lift or crane, because if you detach A2 motor robot will fall.
