You cannot simulate inputs.
In T1 and T2 modes there is simulate button for testing purposes.
When testing program and robot comes to WAIT FOR INPUT instruction you can press "SIMULATE" and program goes forward.
Actual input stays FALSE. -

1026=low -
if your programs use symbols rather than I/O, you can do anything
