We had working robot cell with gate and operator ack but had to add additional safety features. Safe operation 3.1 software was loaded, hardware for reference switch (internal mastering), SIB extended installed, Safety configuration was change to reflect safety HW changes and via worksvisual SIB extended was added. We now have the following faults: KSS0044 SAFETY STOP, KSS15004 I/O ERROR IN SAFE DEVICE, KSS10041 PROFIBUS SLAVE CONFIGURATION ERROR AND KSS10015 SLAVE1 BUSS ERROR. The additional errors are normal brake test required and internal mastering required.
Would someone have configuration for X11 for safe operation with reference switch, safety gate, operator ack button as well as cabinet estop??
