Help with ERC K30SH

Hi!
I have a Motoman robot. I connected it tig welding machine with output signal by the stimulus out welding. Something went wrong during the welding process. Specifically, when the welding is complete, the robot moves out of the weld metal, the error appears 0223_Truc B. I tried several times, stil lerror as above. 'When I run but not welding robot is not an error. Can anyone give me advice to fix this? thanks

You have Tig :noise: getting into the robot wire harness and echoing into the controller. Move the tig torch and cables away from the arm and make sure the tig shild wire is grounded away from the robot and controller.

Thanks robotdoc. I think also cause noise. I will try to find ways to combat interference robot controller.

I have a k30 Motoman robot. it breaks servopack of U-axis with numbered CACR SR30SZ1SDY137. I want to ask that I can replace it with servopack servopack of the motoman K60 with CACR SR44SZ1SDY229 numbered. If I can. I need to adjust paramater not?
Please help me resolve troublem...thanks

No you can not interchange these two servo packs. The first one is 30Kw and the second is 44KW. The second being that much bigger will burn the motor and wires out of your robot.
