I am not at the machine to check but an operator reports that it reboots, and then when it finishes, it reboots again, over and over? Anyone seen this?

nm, much bigger issue than rebooting, its probably hardware failure

I would say do the quick and easy things first - check supply connector and measure voltage (27.1V?)
if that does not help, something like this should:
    1. connect external monitor keyboard and mouse
    2. use USB recovery stick to boot in GUI mode and backup all your programs and settings
    3. make backup image of current (although defunct) hdd
    4. load back the original image
    5. restore programs and settings made in step2

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

oddly enough I just had to reboot. But this brings up a maybe more useful question. KRC4 KSS 8.2(roboteam)

After a clean boot, the system is fine, no errors. After a period, hours, of sitting there(in T1), we start to show clock sync errors/offset correction active.

The only way to correct is to reboot. Also we have found, that we must reboot the time master first, followed by the other controller. Rebooting only the non master doesn't fix it. Note though, that the time master never shows this error, and is unaffected. However, the non-master, cannot be run or will stop if that error ocurrs while running. Error occurs every few seconds, so its an issue.

Also, sometimes rebooting the non master causes all kinds of errors/ total system failure(see first post). However, in this case a soft power down, followed by reboot of master, followed by boot of non-master, and everything is perfect. This could have just been coincidence. Maybe it just fixed itself, KRC4 seems to do that well(which is good considering it has errors much more often!)

Any insight on the clock sync? RT/NRT bus issue? Roboteam 1.0 bug? Can anything 1.0 ever work? They should just start with 1.0.2 to make us feel better

Just saw this, and am emailing them now! Its very intermittent. Somedays, runs fine, others, every few seconds. And yesterday when it occured, on a whim I switched to T2 mode(the program is fairly slow so often I just run in T1) and it seemed to go away.

Do you know any other details?
