A nasty problem has resurfaced on my KRC-1. After seeming to load Windows/CROSS-3...the robot/globe window comes up...and the "Download" progress bar keeps filling up and resetting. This goes on for at least 15 minutes, then the attached screen comes up, a partial load of the control screen (see attached pic)

It stays like this for 5-10 minutes, then flashes a bunch of messages at once and says something the effect of "Download aborted" after >a certain period of time<. The control screen does eventually come up, but I can't load any programs. I can exit the control screen...but when I try to close Cross-3, the screen never closes. I can shut-down safely. I tried this 3 times, and the whole cycle is exactly the same.

This happened about 4 months ago, then mysteriously went away...now it's suddenly back. WTF, should I just do a full re-install and be done with it?? :wallbash:
