Hello,
I was wondering if I change a motor on a Fanuc that is using DCS, will I have to re-setup DCS or can I just replace motor, zero, and calibrate without touching the DCS?

Should not be a problem, but for anycase do you need to do a total backup for the robot and take note about absolut robot position (check robot manual). Anyway, you can calibrate or modify DCS when was necessary.
When you replace a motor, you need to remaster the robot. In a robot with DCS, you'll need to apply the new mastercount to the DCS. So you'll need the DCS code (standard 1111).
Thank you all!
