Gradual Error In Tip Wear Amount

  • Dear Robot Programmers.. while working with spot welding robot with servo gun. I am getting error in tip wear amount. I mean i am doing all the standard procedures like Gun Mastering, Proper Touch to tip and Touch to plate position, with new tip for the first time Tip Installation On but after one month there will be error in Tip Wear Amount and it will start causing either lifting the or pressing it too much... Can anybody about if i am missing something in the mastering or anything because other make robots work fine even after one year..
