If the pressure being measured is the pressure on the robot base air input, I would relocate the sensor to the air line output on the robot, and connect it to the EE connector dedicated pin.
I have a robot that has no EE-connector, and I had to monitor pressure.
So, I put a pressure-switch in the emergency-circuit.
Works perfectly.

Hello All,
I want to use the PPABN (Pneumatic Pressure Abnormal) logic without having to run a cable from the base of the robot (pressure sensor) to the End Effector input.
Right now I have it wired into a regular digital input with a user alarm but want to monitor this input without constantly doing a Wait DI(108)=ON statement.
BG Logic can't call a user alarm either.
Any suggestions?
Background logic cannot set a user alarm buy you can use the BG logic to set an output based on the input or use a condition handler to set the alarm based on the input. OR a macro could do the alarm. many ways to do it.
