Hello all,
I've started workvisual this morning and I've been able to see the status (online) and to download the programs KRC folder into the workvisual software (I think it's called upload).
Anyway, after a while I don't know what I've done but I can't see the robot in the ONLINE ADMINISTRATION, even if I press refresh no robot is found.
Using netscan I can see the robot computer... it is in my same IP range and network mask (I've created a shared folder and I can cee it from my computer).
Is there anything I could do to get it to work again?
I've restarted both my latptop and the robot using a cold start...
