    Hello all,
Below shows 2 KRC1 cabinets, on the left is the damaged controller and I will swap the motherboards to the cabinet on the right but now I need to pull out PM6-600 to see where the flame came out.

For the cabinet on the left, will the PC still work after this kind of damage?, I need to swap the MB(motherboard) to the one at the right.

I saw many problems like that and the motherboard still working, so if you need to swap it I don't see problem. Go ahead!

Ok, I forgot to tell you I have a 3rd KRC1 cabinet, I powered it up minutes ago and the KCP is not showing anything, but does this mean the PM6-600 of this cabinet is working ok?, If it is, I would like to use this working PM6-600 and fit it to the cabinet one that was broken then if it does go into KSS then I'll proceed to the 7th axis cabinet power up.
Let me name the cabinets so that you don't get confused which one is which:

PM6's are interchangeable, the KCP but working could be a number of things....

Will proceed PM6-600 swaps, just hoping there's nothing else damaged in Cabinet A...

Clean the fan before installing PM6..

The posted pictures aren't showing anymore. Any chance I can get a look at the pictures? I'm trying to remove and use a PM6-600 from a KRC1 cabinet, but I'm not sure exactly how it comes out.

PM600 is damn heavy so it is supported by rails on the ceiling to easier slide it in and out.
disconnect all cables, then release latches on left and right side, then slide it out and don't make it fall on your foot

putting it back is harder as getting those latches to turn is not so easy - you need to push to compress seal on the back side and that can be daunting task in some cases.
