We want to transfer single file from Computer(PC) to controller RJ-2,
For this we came to know - Kfloppy is useful for this.
But I dont have detail procedure / steps to follow,
So , please if someone could help for this I would greatly appreciate it.

Welcome to the forum Suhas,
Many many people have asked the same question in the past and so valuable technician time is not used over and over for the same thing.. I suggest that you do some searching of this forum for Kfloppy usage. There are lots of examples.
Good luck -Eric

Kfloppy is used to make your PC look like a floppy drive. File transfers have to be initiated from the controller. To initiate a file transfer from the PC, you will need the KCOPY program that came with OLPC 4.X. Neither of these programs are free.

I am currently trasferring my files over USB drive. My programs reference it using UT1 (i have the air controller). On the larger controllers they are referred to as UD1.
My project will need an upgrade some time soon as i will have to transfer the files using other means. For that i find that FTP is very convenient. The fanuc controller can be setup either as a client or as a host. If i were you that is what i would use. (assuming your robot has an ethernet port)
