DX100 Soft Limit Parameters

  • Sorry, don't have that manual.

    I can tell you the soft limits for a DX controller start at S1CxG400. So they would be;
    S1CxG400 S+
    S1CxG401 L+
    S1CxG402 U+
    S1CxG403 R+
    S1CxG404 B+
    S1CxG405 T+
    S1CxG406 7+
    S1CxG407 8+
    S1CxG408 S-
    S1CxG409 L-
    S1CxG410 U-
    S1CxG411 R-
    S1CxG412 B-
    S1CxG413 T-
    S1CxG414 7-
    S1CxG415 8-

    Robodoc

  • Still S1CxG400 through S1CxG415. The x in the address represents the piece of hardware. Robots are first, then Base tracks, lastly external axes.

    S1C1G400 through S1C1G415 are R1.

    S1C2G400 through S1C2G415 are R2, if present.

You can use the PAGE key to toggle through the S1CxG parameters if there is more than one piece of hardware on the controller.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

  • It sounds like you are trying to take the soft limit past the pulse mechanical limit. You won't be able to do that. Even if you set the proper soft limit parameters to 999999 and -999999, the pulse mechanical limit will still take precedence.

  • hello
i use motoman SIA 10D with DX100. i got alarm 4416 pulse limit [R1 : max slurbte] when i run my program. is this related to S1CxG parameters? dou you have any solution for me?
