how do I go About fixing this error. it says "DC-Link Incoming Mains not Valid,Drive System 1". "check Voltage from Motor On contactor. Replace DC-Link.". Dc-Link has been Replaced, Voltage from contactor is 262. What can I look into next. Robot has been down a week and we are unable to fix this problem.

We had this tonight when we came in. Replaced K2 and Aux adder block. So far so good.
Theory is that contacts on adder block were bouncing. -
Salve, a me è successo lo stesso problema, nessun tecnico riesce a risolvere.

What series controller do you have, S4C, S4C+ or IRC5?
Which controller model, M97 .... M2004?K2 in the example would be the 2nd Motor On contactor along with its attached auxiliary contact block.

Salve, ho un s4 controller, m98 del 1999. Ho cambiato le.bobbine k2 e k1, ma devo aver invertito qualche cavo nel k2, ora mi dà errore 37001.

Eccomi nuovamente qui... Purtroppo il problema non sono le bobine, a vuoto la tensione è 24, come collego le bobine la.tensione si abbassa a 8v. Non riusciamo a capire qual è l alimentatore.grazie a chi mi aiuta...
