Motors will not turn on in Auto Mode

    Hello, we have a Kawasaki Robot that has been working the past couple years..... until today. When I came in this morning I am notified that the robot is not working, so I check it out and find that the motors turn on when in Teach Mode; when I put it into Auto the motors will not turn on, but there are no errors. The user screen is just telling me error 600-motors off. I bypassed all external safeties thinking that was where my problem rested, but that was not the case. Any idea why the motors will not turn on in auto mode?

    Thanks for the reply! We fixed it by putting jumpers on EMOFF to ECOM and ECOM to EHLD on terminal strip on bottom of cabinet.
