I have a question. Does KUKA have a way of checking if cable or connectors are ok or not. There is a special device for this operation?

Not that I'm aware of. Normally I simply check them using a simple continuity test, pin by pin. For the shielded cables, like the resolver or RDC cables, using a TDR meter might work for detecting shielding flaws or high-frequency issues that don't show up under simple continuity checking.
As for checking connectors, I usually get by just by doing visual inspections of the pins, and checking physically that the pins are seated firmly.
