Constantly getting MOTN-56 Speed Limits used, wondering if anyone has any insight on how to tune out this Alarm. I know its only a WARN, but is filling up my alarm log.

If you goto your variables, ( $er_nohist ) change the 0 to a 1. That will stop it from posting warnings. You will still see the alarms that fault the robot out.

Maybe the motions and the speeds on your program are taking the robot to the limit Is this the case ?

    Retired but still helping

I think so, I'm also working on Disturbance Excess error on axis 2 & 3. Trying to figure it out too. I don't know how to calculate if I'm over payload, or if an axis is wearing out. Any advice

Is the payload set? It is possible you get the disturbance because of default payload (MAX).
When you are over the max payload settings, you'll get MOTN-171 Overload.
