How can I turn on robot into auto, I have PLC broken, all of safety circuit are implemented. (fence and not-aus).
Simply, I would like to turn off external control, and just turn on Folge 1 endless to check KRC 1 cabinet.

Rather than running in External (with the PLC) you could run in Auto? Not exactly sure what you mean.

Does your controller have AUT mode? Some models (for GM and VW, for example) had AUT mode disabled.
If so, then you should be able to convert the robot from EXT to AUT by:
1. closing safety contacts on X11
2. set $MOVE_ENABLE to $IN[1025]
3. set $DRIVES_OFF to $IN[1025] -
Skye yeap this is VKRC 1 cabinet.
So I have to make programm bridge to input 1025 on this two signals ? -
Those settings are in one of the $MACHINE.DAT files.
But that only takes care of the motors and Motion Enable. If AUT mode has been removed from the controller, you won't be able to use AUT mode without doing some creative re-wiring in the KRC or the KCP.

I was solved problem with communication with SPS, I had problem with interbus configuration, in IBSPCI1.INI in section [SLAVE] in tab SWAP_SLAVE_BYTES I had value 0 instead to be 1, because SPS is from Siemens which swap bytes (big indian versus little indian).
