I have a doubt how to check whether the resolver of the motor is faulty or not?
If any one is having any document regarding resolver please share it to me.

Few days ago, I had similar problem with my old comau. There was information that wrist is without position. On the screen was a view of 6 resolvers value and indeed in last position there was 0. I have disassembled plug inside the servomotor connected to rosolver. I've cleaned it. Works.

What robot are you working with?
What errrors are you seeing?Basicaly, compare x and y resolver windings (both should be he same) and exciter winding with another on the robot.
Errors usuallly give a good clue whats going on but a fault with a resolver is rare (unless its a seperate resolver unike the new motor/brake/resolver units such as m94a type robots). -
