I have installed Fronius welding machine to KRC1 controller.
Everything is working good now.
My question;
When robot stopped during the welding, not close the welding machine. So robot is welding stopped position continuously.
what should i do?

have you put all the signals in the a10 or a20 package ?
how You prepared start welding makro and stop welding makro ????
simply I give signal start welding then after burn check the arc is proper and instead of hard give signal start welding I take signal from fronius arc is correct. that solution is good for checking welding is proper during moving of robot . if wire loose contact with metal or something else wil happened robot will stop on lack of this signal simple but great solution.

But also i take "Wrong Submit Routine Selected" an the beginning on program INI
I found the solition
"Wrong Submit Routine Selected" problem's solition is;

A_FG_MECH1=A_WEAV_GEN[1]
A_FG_MECH2=A_WEAV_GEN[2]
When the robot stopped but welding continiou problem is ;
I write this commands to ARCSPS.SUB
IF($PRO_STATE1==#P_STOP) THEN
$OUT[321] = FALSE ; Fronius Arc Start Signal
ENDIF
Here in pdf there is answer You don't need to operate Fronius source via any pack's.
Only inputs and outputs only using Jobs in external control.
