Hi I just got this alarm: SERVO 195 on a Fanuc RJ2 Controller, S420iW robot. In the book it says to see if the alarm clears when put into auto, if so replace op board. The alarm did clear when put into auto, so I replaced the op board with a known working one. ..... but no luck, still have the alarm. I've bypassed the servo disconnect to ensure that's not the problem. Has anybody ever ran across this alarm, or know how to fix it? SERVO- 021 just came on the screen as well. Maybe they are connected to the same problem?
Thanks!

I just saw this post. I posted on your NTED issue also not sure it will help much but. If this alarm Srvo-021 is still up then the signal to turn on the MCC magnetic contactor to apply power to the servos HRDY is on but the SRDY is not. SRDY is just a bounce back (RDY) signal notifying that the MCC is on. Just like a MCON and DRDY signal in a CNC servo system. Make sure the MCC or (contactor) is working along with aux contacts too. AND the Estop circuit
