Hi TECH-1
Where do you live?
What is your "electrical issue"?
If you describe your problem more detail I thing some one can help you!
Thank you for replying!
I'm in Ontario, Canada.
The robot will produce a weld then generate a wire stick error (E0030) immediately after? There is no contact with the part and the fault cannot be reset. All fuses in the welder are OK, there appears to be a short somewhere but I haven't located it yet! If I had some diagrams to go off it would save me some time...
Thanks again
I think VR-005CII Robot use and integrated welder. Robot Controller command to welder by a serial cable==> you need check your welder and wire feeder. (I don't have the diagram of this welder ).
Some other pana robo (VR-005A, 06A, AW SERIES) use a flat cable to command the welder, if there are any short, you will always get error "wire stick" even when you are not welding( as I know wire stick signal is wire number 8A, 8B in this cable)
Hi bbqa01,
Thank you for trying to assist me with this issue, I was able to trace the issue back to the spool of wire. The lead strand of wire was shorting out on the reel when drawn into the feeder!
Thanks again for your help, its appreciated
