VR-008 PII encoder error message A6100

    Hi,

    I have just replaced the 6 lithium batteries in the robot for the encoder positions.

    When starting up the robot, everything went as expected:
    - message to "reset the RT, UA axis": performed this by connecting the two pins on the PCB for 10 secs, did that for both axes and the axes were reset;
    - message to "turn power on" - switched the robot off and on again;
    - when starting up again, everything looked normal until the message "servo on" - after pressing the servo button on the cabinet there is an error message: A6100 ABS Encoder Err0003. Also the red "alarm" light on the cabinet comes on.

    This error message is in the manual, solution should be to turn robot off and back on again, unfortunately that didn't help. The Err0003 means that the encoder in the FA axis is at fault for whatever reason. Ofcourse I already tried to reset the encoder by connecting the pins on the PCB for that axis.
    Should I (can I) bypass the "servo on" message and try a soft axis reset or something?

    you should return to disconnect the engine or your batteries do not work, reset it back again, we had a similar problem and it worked
