Hi all,
I have the 'Check encoders' Reset encoders' screen at power-up.
I have renewed the 6v battery in the cabinet and the 4 ni-mh in the
robot base. With all batteries disconnected I brought the encoder
cap voltages to 0v.
The servos come on and work ok even 'overload shutdown' etc.
But I can't get past 'that screen'.
This robot does not have the circuit boards in the arm like later models
and the back up batteries in the arm and all 4 are in parallel through diodes.
They are also in parallel with the 6v in the cabinet and would back-up the
encoders when the arm is disconnected.
I need help to reset the encoders on panarobo AW series robot

which robot, AW-006, AW-010, or AW-005 ?
you need shortcut the pins of the PG connector. -
It is an AW005CL.
I don't know the circumstances for the resetting.
Are there instructions anywhere?
Are there wiring etc manuals anywhere to purchase?
Thanks. -
Here is the manual. ( AW-006A = AW-005CL )
Goodluck.

Thank you so much for those instructions.
I now know why I couldn't stumble upon
the method! -
I need to know how it is made the jumper for model AW005CL,I know that procedure is the same that previous but I do not know which wires I 'll take?
any ideas?
thanks!
