Nachi AT20 controller safety bypass
« on: June 13, 2018, 03:06:46 AM »
HI all
at work we are starting to set up and configure robots we brought out of the old Toyota factory in Melbourne.
we have 2 robots running AT20 controllers they were set up with a lot of external safety cutouts and external e-stops.
is there a way we can fit jumpers to the controller to override them so we can test and move the robot? if so can you tell me what pins to connect?
they are also fitted with JSK Robot Safety Controller 24VDC RBS-001-A-C.

any information or help would be appreciated
Thanks
