AX-C robot error: E0051 encoder tranmition failed

Hello pro.
I have otc ax-c controller error E0051 encoder tranmistion failde. I was check wire of encoder, CNE1,CNE2 it is ok. Robot run but some time that error appear any time.
Please help me. Thank you.

This could be due to many reasons, you need to check one by one.
1. Fluctuation in primary power supply
2. Damaged encoder cable
3. Damaged encoder

Hello sir.
I checked, every thing ok but when i change servo driver board UM221 it is work. but i donot understand, i have 4 robot and 4 robot same error (e0051 encoder tranmistion failure J4 axis).

Hello,
1-) You should check the ground resistor.
(The ground resistor must be less than 100 ohm.)
2-) You should check primary voltage unit.
3-) You should use the ferromagnetic core for encoder cable.
(Controller and manipulator side)
4-) You should check the encoder voltage from the IPM Drive Unit.
(If this voltage is lower than 5.2V, replace the IPM Drive Unit)
