that serial number is from 1999 but robot model is not KR150-2, it is KR125-2TJ

Sorry for my mistake.

I tried all MADA for KR125-2.
I did Copy the data to my C:/KRC/ROBOTER/KRC/R1/Mada

And I copied all version for KR150-2 too (KR150_2_TJ - FLOOR,  and L120 ,   ; KR150_2_ZF - FLOOR,  and  L120 )

The robot still does not move straight in WORD.

My KSS is V4.1.7 SP08 HF01

Is there anything else I need to do to make it work?
Can there be a difference in servo-motors or gearbox?

Thank you for help.

Are you sure robot is mastered correctly?
there are two wrist versions TJ and ZF, you need to use correct one.

Well.... if robot is mounted on the floor, you need to use floor version.
If the robot is mounted on kuka linear rail, then you would use KL version
if robot is mounted on the ceiling, you would use ceiling version etc.

Note, standard robot is named something like
KR150 ; this means robot is rated for 150kg

Robots that have longer arm (using wrist extension) have of course de-rated label such as
KR150L110 ; this means robot was originally KR150 but has longer arm so rated load is reduced to 110kg
