Wondering if anyone has any experience with this alarm. We have a used kawasaki robot f series with a c series controller that we cant seem to get past this point. It looks like there is an estop on also but im thinking it has something to do with the tb2 jumpers since theres only 2 e stops on it and they are both good. Anyone be able to point me in a direction??

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.......... :beerchug:
Your error is relative to hardware/software within the Controller and usually attributed to Emergency Stop or TB2 connections.

Can you provide any details:
1. When was it last used, powered up.
2. Status of Controller/Robot Arm (was it working and then error suddenly appeared) and is all the hardware fitted/harnesses correctly connected inside the Controller.
3. What steps have you taken to try and resolve it.
4. Do any other errors appear when you try to reset it.

After scratching out heads for a couple of days after we did the reinitialization i searched these boards and pieced together we erased all the data,so after wondering what to do we checked the pc card in the batwing and by sheer luck it had all the data backed up,we reloaded and poof shes alive.Im sure ill have more questions when we get into it more but i just wanted to say thanks.!!

Servo A and Servo B Comms relate to the CPU's on the Servo card, meaning that the CPU's aren't communicating.
This error can be simply a power issue, board failure or as you've experienced - no data, indicative of an initialization.
I didn't want to assume certain conditions, so that was the reasoning of my questions.

Glad you've managed to resolve it though.

The Manual is too large to post on here, PM me with your email and I'll send some information on the Teach Pendant.
