Honestly you need to get a training. You can try to learn from manuals but I still recommend a proper training

thanks . but in teach pendent there are three point one is select , then edit & third is data . my question only for this .please guide me

Select  Shows your program list
Edit     Shows the program your are working on
Data    Shows the register,position register, vision reg, etc

Please, for your own benefit, follow greg1973 advice.
It's not like we dont want to help you but based on the question you asked (seems to me) that you are not very familiar with Fanuc.
Spend some days, testing things. There are hundreds of examples in the forum
Then your questions will be more specific.

Just a tip
Find in Data the R register. Check the value of R[1]
Create a prog
Write a instruction using Registers, like R[1]=5
Run program manually
Check in the data register if R[1]=5

If you can do this, you are just looking at the tip of the iceberg
