My DCS was set up and active but I had to do minor change on some zones and now DCS output from robot that acknowledge DCS active is off. All my zones are safe and there is not error on the pendant, I also applied new changes and it seems ok but somehow I lost DCS active output from the robot. Any idea I would appreciate.
Thx

Are you referring to getting an output to the PLC? When you set up your DCS a safety signature is produced. That signal is usually implemented into the PLC as part of the safety circuit. If you make even minor changes to the DCS parameters the the signature will change and effect what output the PLC is seeing if they do not change the signature on there end.

On some systems you have to announce that the new settings are good for the PLC to accept them. This is done under "Signature number" and then you hit F5 once in there for the announcement.
Check out the position converter I wrote here!
