I have an error srvo-117 on newly puted R200ic which should operate 2 external axis. We thought that mayby unplaging from the cabine will help.  Mechanic said that he have unplaged external axis from the cabine and we still have this error.

Any idea is it a sofwer or mechanic problem ? Where to start looking for solution ?

I will be glad for any help :)

If you unplug an external axis from the controller, you lose the zero from the encoder. you will have to zero it back out and remaster.
