 adding extra Reference Pos

My robot fanuc has SW ver9.10p/11, I want add some extra Reference Positions in the reference position screen. It only has 10, I want add 5 more I've been changed  the variable to do this but the SW only add the new reference position and appears a message that says  edition not alllowed.

why?

what can I do?

You can have more than 10, but you can only have ten active at one time. This was a V9.10 robot

You can modify $REFPOSMASK[1].$MAXREFPOSEN to enable more than 10 reference positions at once.
