We have problem on Fanuc robot(RJ2 contorler). Sometimes we have SRVO62 abnormal break . We changed motor but problem is still present. Sometimes i can JOG robot for 2,3 second then error appears. Sometimes everything is OK. NO metter which axis I JOG, error appears. Main question is how i can inspect where problem starts? Is it in controler or in cable of break

The SRVO-062 is a BZAL alarm, SRVO-018 is the Brake abnormal alarm.  Which do you have?

To further assist, also state which robot type and which axis you are having difficulties with.

Is PMing being done timely? I've seen large errors go away because a battery is low etc. Robots can be quirky especially if it's older. Otherwise, could be something like a bad pulse coder.
