Hi everyone.
I've an IRB-4400 with S4C+ Controller. when i start the robot, robot will jog but after 1 min, a text message appear on the top of the TPU without any Error code and says that "Joystick will be disabled" . after that, jogging is not possible, but, robot do his program correctly in AUTO Mode (it moves correct in AUTO Mode)
i checked the manuals, but i didn't find any.

 :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:

I'm not sure about the s4c controllers, but on an IRC5 when that happens it means the teach pendant doesn't see the center position and turns off the joystick.  You'll have to replace the joystick or teach pendant.

bob865 is correct but I want to add:

The controller checks to see if the joystick is in its neutral (center) position when motor power comes on.  This is a test of the joystick to make sure there is no unitentional motion from the joystick being broken or if something is holding it to one side.

The joystick is spring-loaded to be self-centering.  Make sure the joystick is secure in the pendant, the boot is not damaged or kinked and nothing is touching the joystick everytime motor power is applied in Teach.

The robot will run in Auto because the controller ignores joystick signals while in Auto.
