Did you read pinned topic 'read first'?

You need to provide details on how exactly it 'does not work'....

Did you confirm that your usb keyboard works on other computers?

If you are trying to use it for file transfer, forget it - at least on KSS8.3. Kuka…

It definitely sounds like a bad joystick. 3HNE00313-1 teach pendant test -> hold the delete key on the keypad while powering on the controller. Once the test screen comes up, release the delete key. Robotmer has a YouTube video if you want to watch…

Thank you all for the help. I've been monitoring the issue for a few weeks and here's what I've found.

Our problems do seem to be somehow related to regain distances. When the splash screen pops up, I am unable to run or continue the program (so I…

you are not doing it correctly. this is correct order for KSS8.3

    1. tech packages must be installed on controller, in correct order
    2. cold boot with reload files
    3. you need to make sure that WoV is installed and configured correctly. that includes getting…

What proceeded this? Has the robot been sitting for a long time without power? Was the encoder battery door opened with the power off?

    Hello:

    Fanuc 30iB Mate Plus Controller with a 6-axis 200iD

TP displays no axis positions and message prompts "Robot must be calibrated."

Trying to understand what would cause this and looking for a procedure in the docs.

    Any help is appreciated.
