how hard can it be?

I need to load new CMOS data into an MRC SK120.
First of all, I'm used to XRC and NX and not MRC, my colleague who normally works with them is on holiday/vacation so i need a fairly intensive explanation.
Secondly, I will require the Yaskawa code I would imagine.

I do have the disk drive and relavant disks.

Any help would be much appreciated.
