"diser"

even if you get the FDEWIN software you will need the hardkey in order to run in your computer. What kind of problem you want to solve?

The hardkey that you have is just for the MOTOSIM, you can`t use it in order to run other software. The hardkey has an internal code that is just for MOTOSIM. What kind of controller do you have, ERC, MRC, XRC o NX100? You can evaluate other options to solve the problem with the shock sensor. I can help you, What kind of problem do you have?.

I`ll be waiting you response.

Diser,
With the XRC controller you don´t need the FDE software, you can backup all the robot info with a memory. The main board (XCP01) has a slot for the memory. You need a compact flash memory and PCMCIA adapter, I think you can buy at any computer store. The XRC works with compact flash memories up to 512MB, any card with a higher capacity won´t work. With the memory the backups area faster and easier.
Try it.
