how to reset this error (set up process error (SYSCON))....?? due to which reason this error takes place??...to reset this i hv to reboot my complete penal every time...help plzz and thnx in advance

You probably have a faulty NCP or AXA, I'm assuming you have an NX controller. Troubleshoot these boards if you have some spare boards.
